The Impression 5 Science Center was created to be a dynamic, interactive space for families to play, create, and redefine their understanding and love for science. Children of all ages are encouraged to engage in the exhibits, allowing them to explore the world of science in their way through their five senses. As Preschool educators, we love that because we know that children learn best through play—and it is such an essential aspect of child development. The Impression 5 Science Center is located in Lansing, Michigan, only about an hour away from Goodrich. The perfect destination for a family field trip this summer!

Cook’s Dairy Farm in Ortonville is only about ten minutes from Goodrich and will be worth every minute once you taste the delicious ice cream! Kids can interact with the dairy cows, see how a real-life dairy farm works, and afterward, you can enjoy fresh, local cheeses, ice cream, and other items as a family!
